He has completed numerous marathons, half-marathons, and local running events, each time learning something new about himself and the sport. His journey has been filled with both challenges and triumphs, shaping him into the runner and coach he is today. Beyond his personal achievements, John is a certified running coach, offering guidance and training to runners at all levels. He holds a degree in Sports Science, equipping him with the knowledge to offer advice on everything from training routines to injury prevention and nutrition.
